New Student Online Registration Forms

SCHOOL OF CHOICE ENROLLMENT is now OPEN for the 2025-26 School Year.

For School of Choice families, a completed application with Discipline Form and Behavior Printout is required for each student enrolling in grades 1 thru 11; for our Young 5's Program and Kindergarten, only the application is required. The complete School of Choice application should be received BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS below. The School of Choice application can be printed from the district website - click on the Enrollment Tab above and choose "School of Choice Information"; or you can pick up a copy at our Wheat Administration Building (27575 Harper Avenue, just south of 11 Mile)

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
1. School of Choice Application, with Discipline Form and Behavior Printout, turned in to Wheat
Administration Building

2. STEP ONE - New Student Online Pre-Registration Form completed

3. STEP TWO - GATEWAY New Student Online FULL Registration completed

4. Turn in required paperwork at the Wheat Administration Building

To begin the enrollment process, please click on the button below and complete STEP ONE: New Student Pre-Registration Form for each student you are enrolling.

Once you have submitted the Pre-Registration Form above, you will be contacted by the district to review the steps required to enroll a student at Lakeview Public Schools. Please complete STEP TWO below when you have a chance - it is the full registration, so takes a bit longer to complete.

STEP TWO: For new student enrollment, please complete a full online registration for each student you are enrolling.

You will be asked to create a new parent account, click on the START button to begin.
At the end of the process, you will be able to review a CHECKLIST of all Registration Paperwork Required to Enroll (also listed below).
