ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
1. STEP ONE - New Student Online Pre-Registration Form completed

2. STEP TWO - GATEWAY New Student Online FULL Registration completed
3. Turn in required paperwork at the Lakeview Administration Building
4. School of Choice Application, with Discipline Form and Behavior Printout, turned in to the
Lakeview Administration Building (when applicable) - see SOC link under Enrollment Tab above

To begin the enrollment process, please click on the button below and complete STEP ONE: New Student Pre-Registration Form for each student you are enrolling.

[email protected]Once you have submitted the Pre-Registration Form above, you will be contacted by the district to review the steps required to enroll a student at Lakeview Public Schools. Please complete STEP TWO below when you have a chance - it is the full registration, so takes a bit longer to complete.
STEP TWO: For new student enrollment, please complete a full online registration for each student you are enrolling.
- You will be asked to create a new parent account, click on the START button to begin.
- At the end of the process, you will be able to review a CHECKLIST of all Registration Paperwork Required to Enroll (also listed below).
