Homebound and Hospitalized Services

If your child will not be able to attend school for more than 5 consecutive days due to an illness which requires hospitalization and/or homebound recovery, please contact your building principal to seek services. The child's illness must be documented by a medically licensed physician and the illness must be documented that the child be confined to the home during recovery.
